Valentine's Day is just a few days away. In honor of the big day, here are some heartwarming stories shared with us on the Westgate Resorts Facebook Page.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Westgate Resorts in Gatlinburg for a whole week. The staff was courteous and helpful. We went on to purchase a timeshare at Westgate Smoky Mountains Resort & Spa and visited every year for our anniversary in October. In 2011, we returned from our trip and I found out that I was pregnant with our first child. In 2013, we returned with my son to the place where he was conceived.

A few years ago on our 1 year anniversary, we decided to take an adventure to Park City in Utah. We fell in love with the rooms at Westgate Resorts. I booked a honeymoon suite. Upon arrival, we were told that they had accidentally double booked our room. Quickly a manager came over and said "I'm so sorry that we overbooked, but the good news is, we have upgraded you for free to the presidential suite!" The room was to this day, the best place we've ever stayed. It had a wraparound balcony with excellent views and our own hot tub, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, breakfast nook, HUGE master bathroom, 3 gorgeous fireplaces and more. Needless to say, we had one of the best anniversary weekends ever! Thanks Westgate, we can't wait to go back some day!

We traveled from IL to the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort in Gatlinburg with about 13 people and GOT MARRIED right on the property at the top of the mountain. It was an absolute amazing time. It was a special time for me and my family. I had my mom with me and I was unaware she was sick at the time and she actually sadly passed away a few months later. The mountains were her favorite place to be, so I was so happy to be blessed to share my wedding day with her and to be on the mountains - it was a beautiful day even in March – a Smoky Mountain Wedding!!!
