Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is 12 p.m. Must be 21 years of age to check-in to a guestroom. Hotel Provider reserves the right to cancel or modify a room reservation (including after the room reservation has been confirmed) if the room reservation includes or resulted from a mistake or error of any kind, including but not limited to, a mistake or error in the rate, resort or room type or where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent or misleading activity in making the room reservation. Full and final payment is due upon arrival. In addition, packages and special offers may contain additional restrictions relating to cancellations. A $50 credit card per night or $200 cash deposit is required at check-in for incidentals. Hotel guests who take advantage of the pet policy will be subject to an additional nonrefundable and/or refundable security deposit in an amount at the discretion of the resort. Registered service animals are not subject to Hotel pet policy and are not subject to any security deposit for their animal. In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved check-out date, the Hotel will charge an early check-out fee of one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes. If No Show occurs, guest will be charged for one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. In the extraordinary event of non-availability, due to overbooking or any other unforeseen circumstance, of a specified hotel, a substitute hotel of the same or higher quality may be used. Reservations are not transferable, and reservation name changes are not permitted. For guest security and safety, reservations fully pre-paid within 48 hours of check-in date may be required to show the credit card used to secure the reservation at the front desk upon check-in.
Check-In Policy: The minimum check-in age is 21.
Early Checkout Policy: Early Check-out Fee is one night’s room and tax penalty fee, unless otherwise stated.
No Show Policy: Guests who No Show to Hotel will forfeit the entire reservation deposit.
Non-Transferable Policy: Reservations are not transferable, and reservation name changes are not permitted.
Damage Policy: Damage to the property, including but not limited to guest rooms, fixtures, furnishings, artwork, décor or linens, will result in a charge of 120% of fair replacement value or necessary cleaning. A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the hotel or any furniture or furnishings within the hotel, shall be liable for damages sustained by the hotel staff, including the hotel's loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.

Food & Beverage Credit Policy: Food & Beverage Credit is valid only during reservation travel dates and cannot be saved for future travel dates. Food & Beverage Credit is non-cumulative and is not redeemable for cash. Any unused nightly credit or portion of credit cannot and will not be refunded, credited to another reservation or cumulated and applied to remaining travel dates. Food & Beverage Credit is valid toward Tudor City Marketplace and Breakfast Buffet and is not valid toward room rate (or any associated costs), room upgrades, transportation, tickets, taxes and/or gratuities. Certain restrictions may apply and are subject to change at any time. Food & Beverage Credit is allocated per reservation and is not combinable with any other offer, discount or promotion. These terms and conditions of the Standard Food & Beverage Credit Policy are subject to change at any time in the Resort’s sole and absolute discretion.
Maximum Occupancy Policy: Due to safety and fire code regulations, there is a maximum occupancy limit set for every room at any of our Resort locations. This occupancy number limit is based on state and federal regulations in regards to the size and space of each room. Every person, regardless of age, is considered as one (1) person and is counted toward the maximum occupancy limit of persons for that room and location.
Deposit Refund: Please allow 3 to 4 weeks, or 1 to 2 statement billing cycles, for the processing of refunds.
Pet Policy: Dogs only are permitted up to 75lbs combined total weight. Two dogs maximum. A mandatory Cleaning Fee of 170.00 USD plus a Pet Deposit of 100.00 USD - which is returned if there is no damage to the room - is required at check-in. Breed restrictions apply. No charge for service animals. See Terms and Conditions below for full pet policy details.
Two dogs maximum per room. Dogs must not exceed 75 pounds combined total weight. The following breeds are not allowed on property: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chow and Presa Canario. The Pet/Cleaning Fee is $170.00. Additionally, we require a refundable pet deposit of $100.00, which is returned if there is no damage to the room. At check-in, guests are required to advise the Front Desk that they have a dog(s) and provide a cell phone number in the event of an emergency. If the guest does not advise the Front Desk that they have a dog(s), and a dog(s) is found in the room, they will be charged $190.00, in addition to the $100.00 deposit. Guests are fully responsible for their dog(s) actions and any damages that may occur. While the dog(s) is in the room it is expected to be supervised at all times. At the time housekeeping services are provided, the housekeepers will not service the room if the dog(s) is left unattended. It is the guest’s responsibility to confirm with the resort Front Desk staff as to the locations outside of the guest’s room where dog(s) will be permitted. When the dog(s) is out of the room and on property, it is expected that the dog(s) be on a leash and under the control of the handler. It is expected that the handler will pick up and properly dispose of any of the dog(s) deposits. In the event a dog(s) soils or stains fabric, additional charges may be assessed accordingly. Dog(s) must not disturb other guests. The dog(s) is not allowed in the Restaurant/Marketplace, Fitness Center, and/or common retail spaces or amenities. This policy does not apply to service animals. Owners and Guests with service animals are not charged any of the above fees. Service animals are permitted at all resort locations whether they have a designated pet room or not.
After the Front Desk agent reviews the pet policy form with the guests at check in, both agent and guests must sign it. A copy of the signed form will be provided to the guest upon request.
Weapons Policy: Resort premises are private property. The safety and security of our guests, visitors, vendors and associates is of utmost importance to Westgate Resorts. This policy is designed for the protection of our guests, visitors, vendors and associates, and pertains to the presence of weapons on premises owned and/or operated by Westgate Resorts. Any and all weapons, including but not limited to, firearms, knives and/or explosives, concealed or not concealed, with or without a concealed weapon(s) permit, are not permitted by any person and/or for any reason except as expressly detailed here on any and all premises owned and/or operated by Westgate Resorts. What constitutes a weapon will be determined by Westgate Resorts in its sole and absolute discretion. Sworn, on-duty State and Federal law enforcement officers whose agency has jurisdiction at the applicable premises, and military personnel, may carry any weapon. Resort Associates may carry a weapon with express written permission or as part of their assigned duties. Any and all persons who possess a weapon on premises either as permitted or in violation of this Policy must follow all applicable Federal, State and local laws with respect to that weapon. Persons found to be in violation of this Policy may be subject to applicable Trespass laws. This policy applies to any and all on Westgate Resorts' owned and operated properties. The company expects that these individuals will comply with all provisions of this policy. Where Federal and/or State law or rules differ, the company will abide by the applicable standard.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in the guestrooms, suites or anywhere indoors, and is strictly enforced. A smoking penalty fee in the amount of $250 will be assessed to the reservation.

Hotel Provider reserves the right to cancel or modify a room reservation (including after the room reservation has been confirmed) if the room reservation includes or resulted from a mistake or error of any kind, including but not limited to, a mistake or error in the rate, resort or room type or where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent or misleading activity in making the room reservation and/or if the deposit requirement(s) are not met due to insufficient funds or if the credit card declines at the time of deposit processing. Full and final payment is due upon arrival. Failure to provide full payment upon check-in will result in cancellation of the reservation and denial of a room assignment.
