The site offers new tools to empower our Owners to conveniently perform functions online 24/7. The site features full booking functionality for our resorts with this service planned for Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino Owners within the next few months. Thousands of Owners have already started to search for preferred dates, make reservations and save money by performing transactions related to their accounts online.
Here are highlights to expect on the new Owner Account Management website:
Real-time Booking. Owners can make reservations to most of our resorts online within minutes, view available usage years, see full usage history and other helpful details to make more informed decisions. This benefit offers ease and convenience as Owners will now have the option to also perform these functions independently.
Managing Reservation Details. The new site allows Owners to easily access reservation details like check-in and check-out dates, room details, resort contacts, location information and more. For even more convenience, Owners also have the option to create handy copies of reservation details in a printer-friendly format for on-the-go reference.
Exchanges. Conveniently exchange your week to other Westgate Resorts properties online 24/7 with just a few clicks. Best of all, save $10 just for preforming this transaction on the website.
Rental Reservations. Booking a nightly rental has never been this easy! Owners can book and apply exclusive savings of up to 30% off the nightly rate directly on the site.
Deposit your Week. Westgate Owners may deposit their week with Westgate Resorts online for use at a later date by simply selecting the year they want to deposit, and Westgate will save it as a courtesy for up to two years. This should be completed before the end of the occupancy year to avoid expiration and payment of Reinstatement Fees.
Banking your Week. The OAM site also offers the option for Owners to submit a request to bank their week with an external exchange company like Interval International, Westgate Cruise & Travel or another participating exchange partner.
Vacation Resources. A full listing of vacation resources will take Owners one step closer to booking the perfect getaway. Useful links include promotions for vacation specials, partner sites that offer savings on car rentals, Owner events, discounted theme park tickets, useful information about your timeshare on Vacation Ownership 101 and so much more.
