Westgate Rewards Mastercard® Credit Card
Q: What will happen to my account?
A: Your Westgate Rewards Mastercard® credit card will no longer be accepted for purchases or returns after August 29, 2021, and your account will close on August 30, 2021. We will continue to serve you and service your account until your balance is paid in full. If you have automatic or recurring transactions set up using your Westgate Rewards Mastercard credit card, such as utilities, phone services, or subscriptions, it is important that you update those with another form of payment before August 30, 2021.
Q: What will happen to the Westgate Mastercard Rewards program?
A: You can continue to earn points and rewards on all eligible transactions placed on your Westgate account through August 29, 2021. If you have under 2,500 points remaining on your account as of August 29, 2021, they will expire in September 2021. If you are eligible for a reward, a communication about your final reward will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service. Rewards certificates will be honored through their expiration dates. Please note, the Westgate Mastercard Rewards program is provided by Westgate and its terms may change at any time.
Q: What will happen to my Account Assure Pro® coverage?
A: If your account was enrolled in Account Assure Pro®, your coverage and billing will continue until your balance is paid in full, or until you cancel Account Assure Pro. Account Assure Pro may be cancelled at any time without notice. Please refer to the Account Assure Pro terms and conditions for all benefit details and exclusions.
Q: Will I still need to make payments even though my account is closing?
A: Yes, it’s important that you honor the terms and conditions of the Credit Card Agreement by making monthly payments until your balance is paid in full.
Q: How can I make payments?
A: You can choose from these payment options:

Online: Pay through Account Center at comenity.net/westgatecard or use Comenity’s EasyPay to skip logging in

Call: 1-866-886-1013 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788), (An expedited payment fee may apply.)

Mail: Send a check via U.S. Postal service (we recommend mailing it at least 10 days before the due date to reach us on time).
Q: What if I made a purchase placed on a promotional plan?
A: We will continue to serve your account, in accordance with our Credit Card Agreement, and the Terms and Conditions of your account will apply until your balance is paid in full.
Q: What if I made a purchase on my Westgate Rewards Mastercard® Credit Card but my travel has not yet happened?
A: All travel purchased using the Westgate Mastercard Credit Card program must post prior to August 30, 2021; otherwise, the purchase transaction will not be applied to your Westgate Mastercard and you would need to arrange for an alternative payment with Westgate.
Q: What should I do with my Westgate credit card?
A: To protect your credit and prevent identity theft, please destroy all Westgate credit cards issued for this account once the program ends, including cards for any authorized users.
