Q. Once I am approved for the Westgate Rewards MasterCard, will I be able to use my new credit card number for any additional purchases?
A. Your new Westgate Rewards MasterCard will arrive in the mail within 2 weeks and once received, use it for everyday purchases to maximize point earnings.
Q: What are the hours of operation for the Credit Customer Care Center?
A. The Credit Customer Care Center is here to assist you 24 hours, 7 days a week. Even on Holidays! Call 1-866-886-1013 (TDD/TTY 1-800-695-1788) to speak to a Customer Care Representative.
Q. What information is available on the 24 hour Credit Customer Care Center line?
- Check account balance and available credit
- Check last payment amount and date received
- Check minimum payment due and due date
- Make a same day payment by telephone or obtain the address to send a payment
- Change address, add authorized buyer, and update last name
- Request a credit balance refund
- Request the last 10 transactions applied to the account
- Close an account and request a closed account confirmation letter
- Request a zero balance confirmation
- Request a credit limit increase
Q. How do I take advantage of the 4,000 point bonus for new accounts?
A. You will receive this point bonus once all of the below criteria are met:
- Make purchases totaling $500 or more on your Westgate Rewards MasterCard
- Purchases are made within 60 days of opening the account
- Purchases must be made outside of Westgate
Q. How can I maximize earning points on my Westgate Rewards MasterCard?
A. It's easy to maximize earning points by using your card for everyday purchases! This means, you will earn 2 points per dollar spent on all purchases made at Westgate, gas stations and grocery stores, and 1 point per dollar spent everywhere else MasterCard is accepted. Plus, you can also earn 4,000 bonus points if you make purchases outside of Westgate totaling $500 or more within the first 60 days of the account opening. You can even add Authorized Buyers to your account which allows you to earn even more points if your Authorized Buyers use their Westgate Rewards MasterCard for everyday purchases too.
Q. How do I redeem my Reward Certificates?
A. You can either bring your Reward Certificates to a Westgate Resort to redeem them toward onsite products and services or call 1-800-864-5216 to use them toward Westgate payments, room nights, and much more!

Q: Will I be able to view my statements and pay my bill online?
A: Yes. Before you can perform these activities online, you will need to enroll in Online Account Management at comenity.net/westgatecard. Instructions will also be provided on your billing statement. If online payments are made by 6 PM EST, it will be credited the same day.
