In accordance with the Bylaws of HARBOUR BEACH TOA, INC., (the “TOA”) notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Association shall be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. via Zoom. Board Members and Owners can attend via the following link or dial-in:

The purpose of the Special Meeting shall be:

To discuss and adopt the Special Assessment that was imposed on the entire Resort, including the TOA, by Harbour Beach Resort Condominium Association, Inc. (the “COA”) for the concrete restoration project. The TOA is obligated to pass this Special Assessment through to the Timeshare Owners.

To discuss and adopt procedures for the shutdown of the Resort as determined by the COA. The Board has no discretion with respect to the shutdown as it must follow the direction of the COA.

To transact any other lawful business as may come before the Board. Please be advised that attendance at this Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Association shall be strictly limited to Members of the Association and those persons holding Members' valid proxies.
