Glamping Tents offer a cozy, sophisticated retreat with a queen bed and access to a shared bathhouse, perfect for a more traditional yet elevated camping feel.

Westgate River Ranch is pet-friendly! We allow up to two dogs per unit with a combined weight of 60 pounds. Please note that a non-refundable cleaning fee and a refundable deposit are required at check-in. It is always best to call the front desk at (863) 692-1321 before booking to confirm the policy for your specific glamping unit.

Rodeo tickets are generally a separate purchase ($30–$80+, depending on the season and seat type). However, guests staying in our Luxe Teepees or Luxe Conestoga Wagons receive complimentary VIP Rodeo tickets and preferred seating as part of their luxury package.

The nearest major hub is Orlando International Airport (MCO), located about 1.5 to 2 hours away. For a closer regional option, Orlando Melbourne International Airport (MLB) is approximately 66 miles from the ranch. We recommend renting a car, as there are no direct shuttles to our secluded location.

We recommend booking a private sunset horseback ride or a river cruise in advance. For a truly unique "hidden" experience, you can also request a private campfire lit by our staff outside your teepee or cabin for an evening of s’mores under the stars.
