SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Harbour Beach Resort will be temporarily closing all resort operations effective Friday, March 27, 2020 and will remain closed until Friday, May 22, 2020. All guests currently on property, or who have a reservation scheduled during the period of closure, will have the opportunity to move nearby to one of our larger, more campus-like resorts where they can enjoy additional amenities and a guest experience in accordance with the CDC’s guidelines on social distancing. All the accommodations at our sister properties feature spacious villas with partial or full kitchens and abundant on-property activities for families to enjoy.

Westgate’s main priority continues to be the health and safety of all our team members, guests and the community. We are grateful to our local and state government, law enforcement, health care workers and the community at large for working tirelessly to protect Florida residents and their families.

If your reservation is scheduled during the period in which the property is temporarily closing, your reservation will automatically be cancelled and any deposits you made will be refunded automatically – there is no need to call the Westgate Call Center. Please allow up to seven business days for your refund to process.

If you are continuing with your trip to Florida, we are happy to accommodate you at the nearby Westgate Cocoa Beach Resort in an accommodation that will feature all or more of the amenities and space you reserved. Please contact us at 888-852-2959 and we will book you a new reservation at our nearby resort honoring your previous reservation rate. Please remember to have your original confirmation handy for the quickest processing.

If you booked with a third-party reservation service or website, please contact them directly to re-book. If you are a Westgate owner, your week will automatically be redeposited into your account and you may call us up immediately to rebook for the same dates at another resort for no fee, or for a date in the future.
