Pay: Starting at $16/hr and up to $20/hr with commission, bonuses and shift differentials. Get paid bi-weekly or get access to your pay every day as you need it with Daily Pay.

Job Description: Westgate Resorts is now hiring a Timeshare Collections Representative for a full-time, remote (work-from-home) position. *Please note that you may be asked to come into the office on some days.

As a Timeshare Collections Representative, you will:

• Possess a strong customer focus with the ability to have detailed conversations

• Bring owner accounts to a status so they can begin traveling

• Be 100% phone-based

• Work in a metrics-driven environment

• Be able to work the following schedule:

o Monday & Friday 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.

o Saturday & Sunday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Job Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months of collections/sales experience

• 6 to 12 months call center experience

• Timeshare knowledge and experience preferred

• Banking and/or mortgage experience preferred

• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently (Spanish is a plus)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Possess a high level of emotional intelligence (i.e., able to relate to customers and show them empathy)
