Pay: Starting at $16/hr and up to $20/hr with bonuses and shift differentials. Get paid bi-weekly or get access to your pay every day as you need it with Daily Pay.

Job Description: Westgate Resorts is now hiring a Timeshare Owner Representative for a full-time, remote (work-from-home) position. *Please note that you may be asked to come into the office on some days.

As a Timeshare Owner Retention Representative, you will:

  • Aim to satisfy new owner concerns and to reaffirm purchases if necessary

  • Provide service to owner requests within departmental guidelines, utilizing the customer relationship management software system

  • Speak with owners who have made a purchase within the last 30 days

  • Educate owners on their purchases and how to best utilize their week(s)

  • Be able to work the following schedule:

o Monday - Friday 10 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

o Saturday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Read, write and speak English fluently (Spanish is preferred)

  • Must possess integrity, passion and strong work ethic

Education

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training

  • Experience in retaining clients is preferred

  • Salesmanship skills preferred
