"I will definitely keep you all in mind for future trips to Gatlinburg! One of the best things to hear from my youth group was one student's request (as we were returning to St. Louis) to stay at the same resort next year, and the rest of the students chiming in in loud agreement. They liked the accommodations, really enjoyed the infinity pool; but as the organizer of this event, I have to say the BEST part of our stay really was the customer service your staff offered us.

"As I stated before, they were all very helpful and accommodating, had a pleasant attitude, and were extremely responsive to requests, questions, and needs. Great service as we pulled in, great service as we checked in, great service as we were directed to our villas, great service as inquired about the trolley, great service as we rode the shuttle up to the pool, great service up at the pool, great service as we had to get security to intervene (with someone who had blocked our bus in),...great service from start to finish.
