Martin began his career in the gaming industry 30 years ago starting out in casino operations. After learning all of the games in his roles as a dealer and supervisor, he eventually moved over to the casino marketing side of the business. His extensive experience in high limit gaming and casino marketing has provided him with the understanding of the service levels our casino guests expect. From the moment you arrive and until you leave, Martin strives to make every aspect of your stay an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Joe Reda
Director of Player Development
Joe offers over four decades of experience in the hotel-casino industry, including many years with the Las Vegas Hilton, that led to his position as Director of Player Development. Hailing from Steubenville, Ohio, Joe is a big fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. When he’s not providing excellent service to our guests, he enjoys golf and traveling to exotic locations such as Aruba. Joe brings his passion and keen sense of humor to every interaction he has at Westgate Las Vegas.

Nalani Flores

Nalani Flores has over 10 years of experience in the hotel-casino industry, most recently at a major Strip property. Born in Hawaii, Nalani is deeply proud of her bloodline, which can be traced back to the Royal Monarchy of Hawaii. In her spare time, she likes to cook, go fishing, camping, and watch the Pittsburgh Penguins, Steelers, and Los Angeles Dodgers when they play. Nalani considers her daughter, Abigail, her best friend. She also likes to spend time with her cat Caleb and dog Boba, as well as enjoy her many saltwater fish and coral.
Joseph Phillips

Joseph Phillips was born in Athens, Greece, and grew up in Ohio, later living in Belgium for four years before earning his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Indiana University. With 20 years of experience in casino marketing in Las Vegas, he has received multiple Service Excellence Awards during his time at Tropicana. An avid snowboarding, golf, and poker enthusiast, Joseph supports Detroit sports teams and enjoys traveling to Courchevel, France, his favorite ski resort. While he initially moved to Vegas to pursue poker, he now thrives as a casino host at Westgate Las Vegas, focusing on creating memorable experiences for guests.
Venus Li

Venus Li, originally from China, has spent many years living and working internationally, and in the San Francisco Bay Area and Las Vegas. With a degree in Hotel Management, she boasts a diverse background in hospitality, casino marketing, guest relations, event planning, and real estate. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, and with knowledge of several Chinese dialects and some Japanese, Venus excels at connecting with people from various cultures and creating memorable experiences for guests. She takes pride in her successful business ventures and the lasting relationships she has built in the hospitality and gaming industry. Her hobbies include singing, playing piano, cooking, and exploring new restaurants, while her favorite travel destinations are Japan and Paris. Currently serving as the Executive Casino Host at Westgate Las Vegas, Venus enjoys supporting community events and helping others connect through hospitality and entertainment. An interesting fact about her is her background in music performance, having sung on stage in the past.
