• To make arrangements for early check-in or late check-outs, we are happy to accommodate special requests based on availability. There are no early check-ins before 1pm. Late check-outs are subject to an additional fee.

• Need to store your luggage before your room is ready or after checkout? The front desk is happy to hold your luggage for you!

• There is a $50 USD credit card or $200 USD cash deposit, where accepted, is required at check-in for incidentals. Must have valid photo identification and cardholder must be present.

• The minimum check-in Age is 21 years old.

• The Nightly Resort fee of $25.99 +tax includes the following resort services: WIFI Internet Access, Miniature Golf, Bike Rentals, Sports Courts and Equipment, Fitness Center, Local Calls, In-Room Safe and Boarding Pass Printing.

• The World of Westgate (WOW) Loyalty Program allows you to save onsite and even at home! Join our COMPLETELY FREE loyalty program, that brings innovative rewards to Guests and Owners alike. Enroll Today!

• Loyalty Members pay a Nightly Resort fee of $12.49 +tax includes the following resort services: WIFI Internet Access, Miniature Golf, Bike Rentals, Sports Courts and Equipment, Fitness Center, Local Calls, In-Room Safe and Boarding Pass Printing.

• It pays to be an Owner! If you Own at Westgate Resorts, you do not pay a Nightly Resort fee.

• The Resort encourages being cashless. We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Visa & Master Card/Eurocard for payments. We also take Contactless Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay).

• Bring the entire family along - including your four-legged friends! Our Resort is dog and service animal friendly. Conditions and fees may apply.

• Our Resort is non-smoking, no butts about it! All rooms and suites are non-smoking. Any guests found to have been smoking, vaping, or using an e-cigarette in the room will be assessed a Smoking & Specialty Cleaning Fee of $250 for additional cleaning and repairs.

• Rollaway beds are not available, but our spacious suites and villas have more than enough space for every member of the family.

• Need to get some work done? We offer a 24-hour business center, located in the main Pavilion, to support with your needs.

• Free, self-parking is available for all of our registered guests.

• While we do not provide transportation to and from the Resort, we offer rideshare pick-up and drop-off locations near the North Entrance of the resort. We also provide an on-site trolley to help you navigate the resort grounds.

• Need to recharge your electric car? We offer EV Charging Stations near the entrance of the Resort.

• Stay connected during your travels. Wi-Fi service is included in your Resort Fee. Certain reservation conditions may require a fee for WIFI. Owners receive free WiFi.

• Babysitting services are not offered.

• Depending upon the room type you reserved, your unit may have a washer and dryer in it. You can purchase laundry detergent at the Market Place. Should your unit not have a washer/dryer, we do offer laundry services.

• Cancellations for most reservations must be made 72 hours before arrival to avoid penalties of one night room and tax. Please check the cancellation policy on your reservation for additional information as some reservations have different cancellation policies.

• While not mandatory, attending a timeshare presentation is often a requirement for certain room rates or packages.

• Get ready to make a splash! Treasure Cove Water Park is open daily from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm (weather permitting). Owners get early admission at 10:00 am. Prices and additional information can be found here. Please note that Treasure Cove Water Park is only available to guests staying at the resort.

• Make some waves in our 7 pools, 7 kiddy pools and 6 spa tubs located throughout the property. Pool operating hours are 7:00am to 11:00pm, weather permitting.

• Break a sweat in our state-of-the-art fitness center! Open seven days a week, the Fitness Center at Serenity Spa features personal training, a juice bar, and a selection of fitness apparel to give you the best experience during your stay.

• Relax and recharge at Serenity Spa by Westgate. Our full-service, 10,000-square-foot spa provides you with the ultimate escape, offering premium services to support in your self care goals.

• Our resorts have enough fun for the whole family! We offer a wide variety of experiences and activities that anyone can enjoy.

• Fuel up for your adventures and grab a bite at our on-site restaurants & Marketplace. Enjoy casual dining at Drafts Sports Bar & Grill, Sid's Bistro, or take your food to go at the Marketplace & Deli, Cordovano Joe's Pizza, or refresh with a beverage at one of the Poolside Bars. • Although the Resort does not offer complimentary breakfast, you can visit Sid’s Bistro or the Marketplace for breakfast items to purchase.

• Room Service is available from Cordovano Joe's Pizza.

• Alcoholic beverages are served at Drafts Sports Bar & Grill as well as the poolside bars. Alcohol can also be purchased at the Marketplace. Must be 21+ to purchase.

• Discover the nearby scenic lake with outdoor recreational activities, including paddleboat, and pontoon boat rentals. You must be 18 years of age to sign waiver and 16 years of age to operate a Paddle Boat or be accompanied by an adult. The price is included in the resort fee for Rental Guests and complimentary for Owners. The price for all other resort guests is $20 for each half-hour.
