At Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park, we are dedicated to providing our guests and owners with safe, top-tier family experiences. To maintain our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and fun, Wild Bear Falls Water Park will be temporarily closed for scheduled renovations and routine maintenance from January 8, 2027, through March 4, 2027. The water park will officially reopen to guests on March 4, 2027.
We understand that Wild Bear Falls is a favorite highlight of your Gatlinburg getaway. Our team is working hard behind the scenes during these dates to complete enhancements so we can welcome you back to Tennessee’s premier indoor mountain splash park for the spring season. Overall resort operations remain open—our accommodations, dining options, Serenity Spa, and heated outdoor pools remain fully operational for your stay.
