Pelican’s Bar & Grill at the Cocoa Beach Pier adds specialty dinner menu

Cocoa Beach, Fla. – June 1, 2018 – The Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier’s Pelican’s Bar & Grill has introduced a selection of new specialty dishes for dinner only, offering guests new flavorful options in seafood, steak and pasta in addition to the restaurant’s traditional menu.
The new supplemental menu offers eight enhanced selections from Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier Executive Chef Stephen Stewart starting daily at 5 p.m., adding to the Pier’s appeal as an evening destination. Guests seeking an ideal date night can enjoy options such as a nori tuna steak wrapped in seaweed or filet mignon while enjoying spectacular sunsets and night time views of the Atlantic Ocean through Pelican’s floor-to-ceiling windows.
The new Pelican’s specialty dinner menu features:

Nori tuna steak wrapped in seaweed, served with a cilantro Thai sweet chili sauce

A 6-ounce filet mignon served with button mushrooms, a classic béarnaise sauce and seasonal vegetables

A 10-ounce rib eye topped with herb butter and served with seasonal vegetables

Chicken piccata with fresh lemon butter white wine sauce, served with capers over linguine pasta

Tuna poke: fresh sushi-grade tuna seasoned and mixed with hijiki, mirin, sesame seeds, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon and lime juice, served with lavash and fresh avocado slices

Vegetable primavera: linguine pasta and seasonal vegetables tossed with garlic, diced tomatoes and parmesan cheese, served with a choice of red sauce or olive oil

Lobster Mac and Cheese: tender pieces of buttery lobster in a house-made four cheese sauce

Fish of the Day: freshly caught fish prepared broiled, grilled or blackened and served with seasonal vegetables
