River Ranch, Fla. - Dec. 14, 2015 - Revelers looking for an alternative to crowded downtown city New Year's Eve celebrations can escape to the country and ring in 2016 on an authentic Florida dude ranch. Westgate River Ranch, a 1,700-acre ranch located approximately one hour south of Orlando, is offering a full evening of celebratory fun for guests that culminates in a midnight fireworks spectacular.
The evening will include a candlelight dinner buffet and high-energy street party with Western line dancing. The 5 - 8 p.m. buffet at the ranch's award-winning Smokehouse Grill will feature a special menu with items ranging from prime rib to Chicken Marsala to four-cheese tortellini. Guests can then dance the night away under the stars on the ranch's outdoor dance floor located directly in front of the River Ranch Saloon, before counting down to the midnight fireworks.
