The glamp-out this year is a forum where students interested in public policy and international policy surrounding environmental preservation can debate and discuss global challenges. This event includes panel discussions, policy drafting sessions, and outdoor team building activities.

The new "glamorous camping" sites are set on platforms in a beautiful wooded area with spacious, fully-furnished, air-conditioned canvas tents, each of which feature one king bed and two twin beds. In addition, the Glamping sites include a key to your own private bathroom facility with shower, which is a short walk away. Best of all, your Florida Glamping experience is complemented by a Glamping Concierge service that will cater to your every whim while you relax and revel in your outdoor adventure under the stars.
Your Glamping Concierge will answer all of your Florida Glamping questions, help you schedule Ranch activities and provide everything you need to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Through the Glamping Concierge service, guests enjoy luxury linens; towels and complimentary toiletries for their private bathroom facility; extra blankets upon request; a nightly campfire lit by our staff; firewood delivery; coffee, tea and juice service delivered each morning; and much more.

Activity No Show/Cancel Policy : Unless otherwise stated, cancellations for any scheduled Activity must be made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled Activity time in order to avoid a penalty fee in the amount of $25 per person, per scheduled Activity, plus any applicable taxes. Additionally, any No Show to Activity will result in the same penalty fee and policy. Any Activity penalty fee charges will be applied to your room folio and will be charged at check-out, which may result in forfeiture of any deposit made for incidentals at check-in.
