About David Stanley
David went to work for his world-famous brother at the age of 16 in 1972. From 1972 to 1977, David worked hundreds of concerts with Elvis including his sold-out residency at the Las Vegas Hilton.
Today, David is a writer, producer, director and founder of Impello Entertainment, Inc. His published works include the New York Times’ bestseller, Elvis We Love You Tender, in addition to The Elvis Encyclopedia, Raised on Rock: Growing Up at Graceland, Conversations With The King: Journals of a Young Apprentice, Restoring My Father’s Honor: A Son’s Crusade, and his most recent, My Brother Elvis: The Final Years. David also wrote, produced and directed the film “Protecting The King.”
