• Exploring exchange and bonus time options.

• Navigating the Westgate Resorts mobile app.

• Accessing available travel benefits.

Owners schedule Westgate University appointments to receive personalized guidance on how to use their ownership and benefits more effectively.

During your session, an Ambassador can help you:

• Learn how to book usage weeks and exchanges.

• Understand WOW Loyalty Program benefits.

• Explore Westgate Cruise & Travel options.

• Use the Westgate Resorts mobile app.

• Get answers to questions specific to your account.

Most sessions take 15–30 minutes.

Appointments are designed to be short, personalized, and focused on your specific questions. Both phone and in-person sessions are available.

Westgate University Ambassadors are trained Owner Services professionals who provide personalized guidance for Westgate owners.

• Booking ownership, exchanges & bonus time: Step-by-step assistance with booking usage weeks, placing exchange requests, and using bonus time.

• WOW Loyalty Program benefits: Understand how to enroll, access available discounts, and take advantage of member promotions.

To prepare for your appointment:

• Have your Westgate account number available (this helps speed up account lookup).

• Bring any questions about booking usage weeks, exchanges, bonus time, or WOW Loyalty benefits.

• If requesting app assistance, have your smartphone available with the Westgate Resorts app installed or ready to download.
