At Westgate Resorts, our top priority continues to be the overall health and safety of our guests, community, and Team Members. With the number of COVID-19 cases on the rise again and incoming information on virus variants, we are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure we provide the cleanest and healthiest environment possible for our guests and Team Members under the guidelines and preventative measures established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health authorities. In 2020, we implemented our enhanced health and safety program, WestgateCARES, in response to COVID-19 and continue to uphold the industry-advancing health program today.
In response to the travel restrictions and temporary resort closures, we utilized the past two years to make considerable improvements to our resorts, including extensive renovation projects and increased amenity services.
