WGU offers short 15–30 minute sessions with a Westgate University Ambassador to help Westgate timeshare owners maximize ownership benefits, including booking usage weeks, arranging exchanges, managing bonus time, and accessing WOW Loyalty Program discounts.

Book a WGU appointment to learn step‑by‑step how to book your Westgate ownership usage, process exchanges through exchange companies and Westgate, and apply bonus time. WGU also explains on‑site member discounts through the World of Westgate (WOW) Loyalty Program, Westgate Cruise & Travel benefits, and how to use the Westgate Resorts mobile app to manage bookings and benefits from your smartphone.

Sessions run up to 30 minutes. Most Westgate owners complete the overview and get practical next steps in 15–30 minutes. Phone appointments and on‑site sessions are both available.
