3 | Bouna Vita | Bouna Vita means “good life” in Italian, and that’s what you can expect when you visit the quaint Italian restaurant that’s been in Park City since 2010.

You’ll find the menu filled with authentic Italian dishes that have been inspired by the American palate. That’s why you’ll find certain dishes a unique blend of the two cultures. For example, the Mista salad contains a bed of baby greens topped with chopped walnuts, goat cheese and the house vinaigrette.

As for the pies, many boast Italian surnames, like the Galeano, named after the restaurant’s founder. Others are classic Italian pizzas you’ll find in Italy, such as margherita, diavola and funghi. For a little taste of Italy in Utah, look no further than Buona Vista.

New-York-style signature pies are the vibe at Maxwell’s. Try The Godfather, featuring an array of Italian cheeses and sundried tomatoes. If you’re a fan of wings, you’ll love My Blue Heaven, a pizza featuring buffalo sauce, chicken and decadently sprinkled with blue cheese crumbles.

Some of the most noteworthy pies include The Trip, featuring garlic-roasted mushrooms, brie, alfredo sauce, truffle oil, lavender honey and peppery arugula leaves. The restaurant is situated in an expansive, impeccably decorated dining room with wood-carved chairs, a towering fireplace and chandeliers. Although it is undeniably elegant, the atmosphere remains warm and welcoming.

10 | Davanza’s | If casual is more your style, then you should head over to Davanza’s. The restaurant is another long-time establishment beloved by locals since 1979. In addition to signature pies, they also serve great bar food ranging from cheese steaks, tacos and burgers.

They don’t take reservations. You walk in and pull up a seat. While you wait for your order, there’s plenty of visuals to keep your interest. The walls and ceiling are adorned with towering stacks of vintage beer cans, photographs and vinyl records that make for a great photo op.

Every pizza at Davanza’s is made on a homemade, ultra-thin cracker crust that serves as the foundation for its homemade marinara sauce. You can order a specialty off the restaurant’s menu or customize your order by paying per topping.

You may enjoy the House Special, a well-rounded pie featuring olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions and sausage. Or, if you’re an adventurous pizza lover, then the Spicy Luau will likely delight with savory chunks of pineapple cooked up alongside breakfast bacon and jalapenos.
