Standard check-in time at Westgate Resorts is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out options are available through the World of Westgate (WOW) Loyalty Program based on tier status and availability.
The check-in age varies with each resort. Please review the Terms & Conditions page to find out what the check-in age is at your desired resort.
All room reservations require a credit card guarantee. Full deposits are required for all packages, including tickets
Yes. Additional housekeeping services require a 24 hour notice.
Cribs may be available upon request, but rollaway/extra beds may depend per resort. Please check with your specific resort.

Only the person whose name is on the vacation package or hotel reservation is permitted to check-in.

Our World of Westgate Loyalty Program is a free loyalty program for our guests and owners. It offers exclusive benefits and offers for loyalty members to take advantage of. Owners and Non-Owners can enroll in the program via the Westgate Resorts Mobile App or Online Account Management. You must have an online profile. Once you login or create your account profile, follow the prompts for Loyalty enrollment.
The World of Westgate Loyalty Program is completely free to join! Non-Owners do not need to make a purchase to participate in the program.
