Eligibility: Westgate’s Kool & The Gang Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to those who sign up at the online Giveaway page https://www.instagram.com/westgatevegas/ by choosing to “Like” the Giveaway post. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry to be eligible to win. The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Westgate Resorts, Ltd. (the “Sponsor”), Central Florida Investments, Inc., or its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or where not registered. This Giveaway does not discriminate against anyone based on race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin or marital status.

Agreement to Rules: By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online at https://www.instagram.com/westgatevegas/ beginning Monday, June 19, 2023 (06/19/2023) at 12:00 PM EST and ending Monday, June 126, 2023 (06/26/2023) at 12:00 PM EST. All online entries must be received by Monday, June 26 2023 (06/26/2023) at 12:00 PM EST.

How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered between Monday, June 5, 2023 (06/05/2023) starting at 12:00 PM EST through Monday, June 26, 2023 (06/26/2023) by 12:00 PM EST. Just go to the above Instagram account and “Like” the Westgate Vegas Kool & The Gang Giveaway post and “Tag” a friend in the comments section. Tagging additional friends in separate comments on the post will result in additional entries into the Giveaway. Entrants must be following the @westgatevegas and @koolandthegang Instagram accounts to win. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each tag counts as one entry and you must fill in the information requested. You may not use multiple email addresses, accounts, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Prize and Prize Conditions: Four (4) winners will receive a prize package good for two (2) people that includes a 3-day/2-night stay in a Premier Room at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, two (2) Front Orchestra tickets to a Kool and the Gang concert, and $150 food and beverage credit.. Average retail value is $1,200. Each winner’s prize will be valid for each respective weekend of the Kool and the Gang residency concerts through October 2024 (excluding February 2024). Room stays and food and beverage credit must be used the same weekend as the concert tickets. Must follow reservation directions provided by Sponsor. Credit for food and beverage must be used during a single visit and any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited. No change will be given for the food and beverage credit. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or package. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Sponsor, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the original prize (or that part of the prize) with an alternative prize to the equal monetary value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is responsible for all incidentals, service charges, gratuities, personal expenses, and transportation to and from Prize. Any and all entrants participating in or using profanity, unsportsmanlike conduct, explicit or discriminatory language, and/or defamation of the Westgate brand or any and all others will be automatically disqualified at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, statements and biographical information, voice, and address in all forms of media worldwide, in perpetuity, without limitation, notice or further compensation.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner selection and notification: The winner of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor to be conducted on June 26, 2023 (06/26/2023) at 2801 Old Winter Garden Rd, Ocoee, FL 64761. Winners will be notified by public comment on June 26, 2023 (06/26/2023) following the winner selection via Instagram to the Instagram account they used to enter the Giveaway. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ lack of account notifications, spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, and/or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time award notification was sent, and/or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations.
