Eligibility: Kate’s Island Shop Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to those who sign up at the online Giveaway page https://www.instagram.com/westgatevegas/ by choosing to “Like” the Giveaway post. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry to be eligible to win. The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Westgate Resorts, Ltd. and Westgate Las Vegas Resort, LLC. (the “Sponsor”), Central Florida Investments, Inc., or its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or where not registered. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online at https://www.instagram.com/westgatevegas/ beginning June 11, 2021 (06/11/2021) at 3:00 PM EST and ending June 18, 2021 (06/18/2021) at 2:59 PM EST. All online entries must be received by June 18, 2021 (06/18/2021) at 2:59 PM EST.

How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered between Friday, June 11, 2021 (06/11/2021) starting at 3:00 PM EST through Friday, June 18, 2021 (06/18/2021) by 2:59 PM EST. Just go to the above Instagram account and “Like” the Kate’s Island Shop Giveaway post and comment and “Tag” three (3) friends in the comments section. Entrants must be following the @WestgateVegas, @WestgateResorts and @KatesIslandShop Instagram accounts to win. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each tag counts as one entry and you must fill in the information requested. You may not use multiple email addresses, accounts, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Prize and Prize Conditions: One (1) First Place winner will receive a $100 Kate’s Island Shop gift card, One (1) Second Place winner will receive a $50 Kate’s Island Shop gift card, and One (1) Third Place winner will receive a $25 Kate’s Island Shop gift card. Cards must be used at Kate’s Island Gift Shop located at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Retail value of all gifts is $175.00. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No change or cash back will be given for the gift card and it cannot be combined with any discount or coupon. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or package. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Sponsor, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the original prize (or that part of the prize) with an alternative prize to the equal monetary value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is responsible for all incidentals, service charges, and gratuities related to use of prize. Winner selection and notification: The winner of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor to be conducted on June 21, 2021 (06/21/2021) at 2801 Old Winter Garden Rd, Ocoee, FL 64761. Winners will be notified by direct message via Instagram to the Instagram account they used to enter the Giveaway on June 22, 2021 (06/22/2021) following the winner selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ lack of account notifications, spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, and/or fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, and/or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations.
