Laasie Rewards FAQs

Laasie Rewards is a separate company that offers Guests additional perks when they book at our resorts. Laasie Rewards has end-to-end, full-cycle reward fulfillment through email notifications.

Once you directly book on the hotel website, you will be prompted to select your reward when you arrive to the confirmation page. After you select your reward, you should receive an email confirmation of your choice and be given the chance to change your selection.

That’s OK! Our partners at Laasie Rewards have a dedicated team for this. For any assistance, please email info@laasie.ai. Responses for any questions will typically take one business day.

You can change your reward selection up to 48 hours before your check-in day. Once the deadline has passed, please contact info@laasie.ai to verify the type of reward you have and its eligibility for further support.

You should receive an email with redemption instructions 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time.

Your reward can be used as soon as you receive Laasie Rewards’ redemption email, which is sent 24 hours prior to check-in.

Instructions on how to redeem rewards are emailed prior to your check-in date. If you have not received an email, please make sure to check your “Junk” or “Spam” folders or contact info@laasie.ai.

Apart from some rewards, Laasie Rewards offers a wide variety of rewards that can be redeemed within the U.S. or internationally.

Yes, you can change your reward up to two days prior to check-in by clicking the “Edit Rewards” button in the confirmation email from info@laasie.ai.

Each reward varies on the expiration date. Your confirmation email includes instructions on how soon the reward can be redeemed to receive its full benefit.

Due to the nature of selecting rewards at the time of booking, rewards are non-transferable.

Unfortunately, rewards are not applicable for canceled reservations. They are only valid for completed stays.

Laasie Rewards are only available if Guests book directly on our website. You can make a reservation on any eligible rate that includes rewards online, then select your reward on the confirmation page.

Each qualified rate booked online entitles Guests to receive one reward. Laasie Rewards are assigned per reservation, not per individual.
