ORLANDO, Fla., February 25, 2020 – Westgate Resorts is pleased to announce the opening of Villa Italiano Chophouse, an exciting new concept in authentic Italian fine dining, at Westgate Vacation Villas and Town Center Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. The world-class Villa Italiano Chophouse celebrates Italy’s culinary passion by featuring house-made recipes, many of which came from the cookbook and personal recipes of Westgate’s own Chief Operating Officer, Mark Waltrip.
In addition to immensely popular chophouse specialties like Bone-In Ribeye Florentine, Parmesan-Crusted Filet of Beef, Sirloin of Beef Santa Maria and Pan Seared Salmon Balsamico, Villa Italiano Chophouse serves signature entrees such as: Veal Piccata, Chicken Parmesan, Linguini with White Clam Sauce, Short Rib Tortellini Giganti and more. Salads, antipasti boards and pizzas round out the diverse menu of Italian specialties at Villa Italiano Chophouse, which also features an extensive selection of approximately 90 wines (many of which were imported directly from Italy), handcrafted cocktails, beer, sangria, frizzantes (bubbly cocktails) and after-dinner drinks such as: Cannoli Martini, Tiramisu Martini and Grappaccino. Dessert options include: Tiramisu, Limoncello Cake, Italian Cannoli Cake and Gelato. A kid’s menu is also available.
