Upon winning the Grand Prize, the winner(s) will be able to choose an eight (8) day, seven (7) night stay in a one (1)-bedroom participating Westgate Resort. Eligibility: This Giveaway begins September 1, 2019 at 12:01 AM EST and ends November 20, 2019 at 11:59:59 PM EST. All prizes are open exclusively to all Westgate Resorts Developer sold Timeshare Owners (“Owners”), twenty-one (21) years of age or older who are legal residents of the fifty United States and Puerto Rico and all Canadian Provinces except Quebec. Offer only valid for new reservations. This Giveaway does not discriminate against anyone based on race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin or marital status. Employees of CFI, Inc. / Westgate Resorts, Ltd. and/or its related entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers, and their immediate families are not eligible to win any of these prizes. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law and/or not registered. This Giveaway may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, and/or certificate. This Giveaway shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to principles of conflicts of law. The estimated average retail value for each of the prizes are between $10 and $1,050. All qualified Owners booking a qualified stay will be automatically awarded a Giveaway scratch-off ticket at the time of check-in at their booked resort stay. The winner must meet all qualifications herein. Odds of winning: complimentary prizes are estimated at over an 80% chance of winning; all other prizes are estimated at fewer than 2% per prize. How to Enter: For prizes, qualified Owners must make their booking by August 31st, 2019 and book a qualifying stay at a participating Westgate Resort between September 1, 2019 – November 20, 2019, where they will then be automatically eligible to receive one (1) scratch-off ticket at the time of check-in per qualified booking. An Owner may have more than one (1) qualified booking. Owner will receive their scratch-off ticket at the time of check-in of their qualified booking at the resort. Qualifying Owner bookings include normal week usage, internal exchange, owner rental reservation, bonus week, and external exchange by Westgate Resorts timeshare owners only. Entries that cannot be verified will not be eligible to win. Owner must book a stay at one of the following Resorts in order to be qualified to enter: Westgate Blue Tree, Westgate Town Center, Westgate Vacation Villas, Westgate Palace, Westgate South Beach, Westgate River Ranch & Rodeo, Westgate Myrtle Beach, Westgate Flamingo Bay, Westgate Williamsburg, Westgate Park City Resort & Spa, Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa, Westgate Leisure Resort, Westgate Towers Resort, Westgate Branson Woods Resort, Westgate Branson Lakes Resort, Westgate Painted Mountain Golf Resort, or Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino. *Blackout dates: October 11 - 12, 2019 at Westgate Town Center, & Westgate Towers Resort; November 2 – 6, 2019 at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino.

Prize Conditions: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, including taxes on all gift cards awarded herein, taxes on room nights, retail services and food and drinks awarded herein, incidentals, gratuities, personal expenses, resort fees, transportation to and from the resort, and meals. Prizes do not include airfare and/or travel expenses. Prize is limited to accommodations only at the participating Westgate Resorts and subject to availability and inventory. The winner's entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) for Westgate to use said winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media worldwide, in perpetuity, without limitation, notice or further compensation.

To claim your prize: Each scratch-off ticket will notify the winner of the prize that is indicated on the ticket. Winning scratch-off tickets must be verified by a Westgate representative before a prize will be awarded. All prizes must be claimed at the front desk of a participating Westgate resort. Participants agree that Westgate has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the Giveaway, and that its determinations are final and binding. All Grand Prizes must be claimed within twenty-one (21) business days following the conclusion of the Giveaway. If the potential Owner Grand Prize winner(s) does not notify Westgate and claim the prize within twenty-one (21) business days following the conclusion of the Giveaway, or does not comply with these Official Rules, no alternate winner(s) will be selected. Grand Prize winners have one (1) year to redeem certificate from date of issue. All other prizes must be claimed and redeemed within ten (10) business days following the conclusion of the Giveaway. If all other winner(s) do not claim their prize(s) by December 04, 2019 (12/05/2019), or do not comply with these Official Rules, no alternate winner(s) for the other prizes will be selected.

Terms and Conditions:

This offer should not be considered as free travel. Offers cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash and/or monetary consideration. Offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, and/or certificate. Not valid for Travel Agents or any other third-party reservations. Once confirmed, no cancellations or date changes shall be allowed. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or other services, except where specified. Travel dates for all Prizes are subject to availability and not valid for blackout dates or holidays as defined by Westgate in its sole and absolute discretion. Westgate owners are exempt from any and all Resort Fees. Westgate reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud or problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper operation of the Giveaway, as determined by Westgate in its sole and absolute discretion. In such event, Westgate reserves the right to award the scratch-off tickets or prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Westgate reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any and all entrants participating in or using profanity, unsportsmanlike conduct, explicit or discriminatory language, and/or defamation of the Westgate brand or any and all others will be automatically disqualified at Westgate's sole and absolute discretion. Westgate shall not be responsible for any lost, garbled, incomplete, and/or corrupted entries, and qualified entries shall be determined in Westgate's sole and absolute discretion. Release and Limitations of Liability: The winner agrees to release and forever hold harmless Westgate, its related and affiliated entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, affiliates and agents from and against any claim or cause of action whatsoever arising out of participation in the Giveaway or any claims arising from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, or judgments arising out of or relating to entrant's entry or participation or use or misuse of prizes. All entrants agree to release and forever hold harmless Westgate, its related and affiliated entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, affiliates and agents from and against any claim or cause of action whatsoever arising out of any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Giveaway. Cheating: Use of the Internet provides an opportunity for manipulation, alteration, cheating, hacking, or other fraudulent activities in connection to this Contest. Entrants are prohibited from cheating or using any fraudulent or illegal method of any kind to gain an unfair advantage in the Contest. Westgate in its sole and absolute discretion may determine what constitutes cheating or a fraudulent method and take appropriate action as needed. This includes, but is not limited to, suspension of the Giveaway, entrant suspension, and disqualification as decided by Westgate in its sole and absolute discretion.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, all issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Giveaway Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrants, winners and Westgate in connection with the Giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida. Any and all disputes arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Contest shall be brought exclusively in State or Federal Court in Orange County, FL. This Giveaway is intended for viewing and participation at the time of entry and shall be construed and evaluated only according to United States law.

By entering this Giveaway, entrant agrees that Westgate will not be held liable for any actual or potential losses, including, without limitation, compensation or consequential damages, either in contract or in tort, by either person or property, arising directly or indirectly out of this Giveaway or in connection therewith or by misrepresentation by a third party. Westgate is not to be held liable for force majeure, including but not limited to an act of God, war, terrorism or threats of terrorism, civil disorder, labor strikes or disruptions, fire, disease or medical epidemics or outbreaks, curtailment of transportation facilities and/or any other circumstances beyond its control.
