How to Redeem Your Westgate Resorts Digital Certificate

How do I redeem my Westgate Resorts Digital Certificate?

  1. Select a Westgate Resort to search for availability.

  2. Select a Check-in and Check-out Date.

  3. Enter a Digital Certificate Code and click Search.

Once you're in the booking engine

  • Select a Room Type and click BOOK NOW.

  • Enter Guest Details (The name you enter must match the one on the Digital Certificate issued to you.)
    If applicable, enter additional certificate codes in the “Add Certificate Code” area at checkout.

  • In the “Your Stay” summary, any remaining balance showing under “Total” must be paid on a valid Credit Card and according to Deposit, Guarantee and Cancelation policy designated.
