Q: How can I book for my client using my IATA or CLIA number?
A: Travel Agents may book online by using the booking engine at the top of this page. Select your client's desired resort, enter the check-in and check-out dates, and enter your IATA or CLIA number when you're in the booking process. You may also book reservations by calling the Reservations Center at +1-888-792-1082.
Q: How can I receive a copy of the confirmation email?
A: Our booking system only allows the confirmation email to be sent to one email address. In the Reservation Summary screen (aka. the reservation information section), the email address entered is the same email address that the CONFIRMATION email will be immediately sent to upon completion of booking. If the Travel Agent wants to receive the confirmation email, they should enter their own email address. If the Travel Agent wants for the guest to receive the confirmation email, they should enter the guest email address.
Q: What are Westgate Resorts' GDS Codes?
A: All of our Westgate Resorts properties may be found under the GDS Chain Code: YX.
Q: How can I book, using a FAM/Educational rate (since I am a Travel Agent)?
A: Thank you for your continued support of Westgate Resorts! To take advantage of our special Travel Agent education rate, simply enter promo code "TAEDU" in the Promo/Corporate Code field. This special rate can also be booked by calling: North America: +1-800-736-8115 (North America), or +1-407-355-2944 (International or Local Florida).
Q: How can I cancel my client's reservation?
A: Travel Agents must cancel the reservation for the guest, either online or by calling the Reservations Center at +1-888-792-1082.
Q: How do I contact Westgate Resorts?
Q: What do I need in order to earn my commission?
A: Travel Agent reservations require a valid IATA or CLIA number in order to pay the commission to the travel agency after Guest checks out. Travel Agency needs to provide Westgate Resorts with a W-9 form that is valid for the entire year. Each year you will be required to submit a new W-9 for that year. It must be Signed AND Dated in order to receive payment. W-9's may be sent to Erik_Sandberg@wgresorts.com or you may fax 407-355-2905. Commission payments are processed weekly and a check request is then sent to Accounting. Checks are mailed by the Accounting department and the Travel Agent can expect to receive payment within 30-days of guest check-out. Invoices may be sent to Erik_Sandberg@wgresorts.com or you may fax 407-355-2905. Travel Agents can expect one consolidated check payment, for all Westgate Resorts, for all Guest stays within the same payment period.
