2 | Shula’s Steakhouse | Located at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, this acclaimed steakhouse celebrates the 1972 Miami Dolphins' "Perfect Season" – the only undefeated team in NFL history – under Coach Don Shula, with photos and memorabilia decorating the elegant space. 3 | Charley's Steak House | Flame-grilling over wood on a custom-built 1200° open pit for the past 40 years, the resulting unique flavor profile of Florida citrus, oak woods and a secret seasoning has made Charley’s a household name for Orlando locals and visitors alike. The steakhouse features Midwest grain-fed USDA Prime & Choice beef exclusively, aged on-site for 4 to 6 weeks, cut daily, and then seasoned for 30 hours to create distinctive flavor. 4 | Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar | When treating someone special to a sublime night out, the generous hospitality and inviting atmosphere at Fleming’s sets the tone for a lovely evening. 5 | Linda's La Cantina | A staple in Central Florida since 1947, Linda’s La Cantina is a “no frills” local joint that serves quality steaks that are USDA choice or above, cut right on site, and grilled hot and fast to sear in all the juices. Their loyal following appreciates the great quality, tasty steaks at moderate prices, averaging at $32 for a 14 ounce New York Strip which includes fresh bread, a salad, and your choice of side (baked potato, steak fries, spaghetti, green beans or steamed broccoli). The dimly lit space offers an old-school steakhouse atmosphere, with black and white checkered tablecloths and wood and brass accents. 6 | A Land Remembered | This legendary Orlando chophouse is named after the late Patrick Smith’s rich novel which highlights some of Florida’s historical moments and landscapes. A AAA Four Diamond restaurant, the skilled chefs prepare the finest all natural Prime Black Angus Beef from Harris Ranch, as well as the freshest seafood available. The signature sampler appetizer feeds four and includes Goat Cheese Fritters complemented by Vidalia onion-tomato jam, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes and Bistro Steak Bruschetta, providing a little something for everyone. BONUS | Christner’s Prime Steak & Lobster | An Orlando staple for nearly 30 years, the team at this family-owned steakhouse meticulously selects each ingredient and serves only the best of the best – USDA Prime cuts of beef corn-fed, aged in house and cut-to-order; imported cold water lobster; fresh locally-sourced ingredients; and an impressive wine list of 4,500 different bottles. Start the meal off with sesame seed crusted ahi tuna, seared rare and served with a wasabi cream and soy glaze. Steaks and chops range from an eight-ounce filet mignon to a 24-ounce prime porterhouse. The New York strip is cut to order, seasoned and cooked to perfection.
